You can close your account with TalkRemit by following these steps:
- Open the TalkRemit mobile app and log in to your account.
- Navigate to the Profile menu.
- Tap on the "Close Account" button.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to request the closure of your account.
Please note the following important information:
- Ensure you do not have any wallet balance or pending transactions before initiating the account closure process. Accounts with a wallet balance or pending transactions cannot be closed until these are resolved.
- Once your account is closed, you will no longer be able to log in to this account.
- As outlined in our Privacy Policy, we are required to retain your data for a period of 5 years.
